We are thrilled to announce that Archie Peachey has become the latest Cambrian United Academy graduate to take the next step in his football journey, signing for Newport County AFC U9s 🟠⚫️
Archie has been an important part of our story from the very beginning. He featured in the launch of our Infantry promo video ⭐️ and quickly established himself as a standout player within the Cambrian Academy.
Despite playing a year above his age group last season, Archie’s quality and character shone through as he was voted U9s Players’ Player of the Season 🏆 – an incredible achievement for an U8 player.
His resilience, attitude, and commitment on and off the pitch have been exemplary, and everyone at Cambrian United is immensely proud of his progress.
This signing represents our first player success story of the 2025/26 season, and with Archie taking the tally to 97 players who have progressed from Cambrian into professional club environments, we are now just three away from the milestone of 100. 👀
