Cambrian United Football Club is delighted to announce the appointment of Claire O’Sullivan as the new Women’s First Team Manager, commencing immediately.
Claire brings with her a wealth of experience at both playing and coaching level. A former Wales Senior International and captain, she led her country at the highest level and has since gone on to develop an impressive coaching career. In addition, she has coached within the national system across multiple levels and is currently Head of the Women’s Academy at Coleg y Cymoedd. More recently, she achieved notable success at Pontypridd United, guiding the side to promotion back into the Genero Adran Premier.
Her proven track record in player development and team leadership makes her an outstanding appointment for Cambrian United as we continue to grow and strengthen our women’s programme.
Speaking on her appointment, Claire said:
“I am honoured to be joining Cambrian United and to take charge of the Women’s First Team. This is a club with huge potential and a strong community spirit. My aim is to build on the excellent foundations already in place, support the players in their development, and ensure we compete at the highest possible level. I am excited for the journey ahead.”
