Match Preview: Cambrian United vs Aberystwyth Town

Date: Saturday 21st March
Kick-off: 14:00
Venue: M&P 3G, Cambrian

Cambrian United return to home action this weekend as we welcome Aberystwyth Town to the M&P 3G in the JD Cymru South.

The team go into the fixture in strong form following back-to-back 4-0 wins against Trefelin BGC and Afan Lido. Those results confirmed promotion earlier this week and marked another important step in what has already been a memorable season for the club.

With promotion now secured, the focus shifts fully to the league title. With five games remaining, Cambrian remain firmly in the race and know that every point will matter between now and the end of the campaign.

The Opposition

Aberystwyth Town arrive under the management of Welsh Premier legend Craig Williams and will provide another tough test. They have shown they are capable of producing strong performances and Cambrian will be fully aware of the challenge ahead.

The reverse fixture earlier in the season saw Cambrian come away with a 2-1 victory, and the squad will be looking to build on that result with another strong performance on home turf.
